How to make badges?

I want to know how to make badges for challenges and such. Can somebody tell me how?

Any digital graphics software can be used to create badges. This includes MS paint, GIMP, Adobe photoshop/lightroom, ect.

If you are new to digital image creation I recommend that you start with GIMP. It's free, open-source, and will teach you almost everything* that you need to know.     Here is the link: https://www.gimp.org/
