AIRBRAKES correct alignment.

Hey i was wondering how do people place the AIRBRAKES because i always though the default placement is inverted, wrong and will rip off from the wind.

I never really gave much though on it.

So do you think its the orange or the other tank that has the correct rotation?Or you can use both and be ok with it?(Realistically speaking)

The game doesn't care which way the air brakes face.  It's up to you.  However you think it looks better.

Your picture is misleading because it doesn't indicate which way you're going... although as I said, it doesn't matter.

Well i guess going downwards, orange tank in bottom.Hmm that picture looks the fine/correct way!

Thanks for that, it really helps.I ll stick to the orange tanks placement .

Does the game handle it the same way?I didnt know that.Eitherway its more of a how it would be in real life thing.

IRL, smooth side facing the direction of airflow, as the pic Geonovast posted above. in KSP - doesnt matter.

Bombs would be aligned the other way around, but those you don't want to close again.  In-game it doesn't matter, but in real life if you want them to close again you have them like in the picture.
