Just started playing, and oh my god, why didn't I discover this game sooner!?

I played Tribes Ascend... But the lag was just too much for my computer.

I tried it a few months ago(in beta I think) and it just felt bare, as if it was the third game and tribes vengeance was the remake. Have they fixed that now?

Sometimes play it (being the only MMO that is sufficiantly different and that I know is well balanced), but it all depends on my IRL friends to when I am playing. I enjoy it, but not enough to play that often. It is fun though.

T:A is not an MMO. If you want to play a first person shooter MMO, get into Planetside 2 (once it goes out of beta, that is).

Which is what I've done. T:A was fun, but now that I can play PS2 I just find myself completely unmotivated to go back to it.
