Mind you that people has done Apollo reenactments in KSP. The astronauts are only allowed to use IVA. You have the control center who have the map. 
they get told about who burns to make, something like KOS might be nice here as burns was programmed.

For those who don't know, he's made an excellent set of videos covering (pretty much) minute by minute, a series of NASA missions, with subtitled comms audio, 3D animations of vehicles, plus some video clips and stills when appropriate.

I did a "reenactment" a few years ago, with a vehicle that I lobbed by rocket to the Inland Launch Center, parachuted it in, then drove to the pad for its launch.
