Unable to Use Kerbalism

I am trying to install kerbalism on KSP, however it comes without install instructions. I have downloaded the file, but am unsure as to what I need to do next.

What is the "It" that's saying that? If CKAN, often that's due to a dependency, and you can figure it out on the Relationships tab. In this case, Community Resource Pack's explicit support only goes up to 1.6.9:

If you are willing to take the chance of installing it on 1.7 (usually a pretty safe risk), you can tell CKAN to treat 1.6 as compatible:
