Upside down nose cone?

Someone I recommended doing this with an orbital vehicle I'm designing, but I can't figure out for the life of me how to do it.

To be clear I have a fuel tank that this person suggested I put a nose cone on the bottom of to reduce drag.

You can rotate any part in the VAB/SPH was the W,A,S,D,Q,E keys.

Once you grab the nosecone out of the part bin, you use rotation on it until it is pointed the opposite direction from the "typical" direction. Try hitting S twice -- that should do it. Then hold down your left Alt key while you try to attach it to the bottom of your fuel tank (you should probably have symmetry turned on, too!).

You can also Shift Move it, its cheaty but usually those designs need to attach parts somewhere and else and shift move it very far away.
