You know I've uninstalled KSP Enhanced Edition because of some of the annoying bugs added with the pointless bug fix patches, I cant launch a rocket with more than 1 satellite without exploding when the game is loading.

I'm just disappointed that they're not doing good QA testing, if they did that, I wouldn't have typed this comment

My vessels sometimes explode when switching to them, doesnt matter if u click on them or via trackingstation. After loading a save all works fine, so now i even save before switching to a vessel. Yeah some QA would really be nice.

Ive noticed that flags expolde on eve when u timewarp near them...

A bit late in responding, but had this problem also, and I've found its often a problem with part clipping. I always go straight to the flight status panel and where it say "part A collided with part B" then part A needs reattaching in a slightly different way and this usually fixes the problem, although once it was a problem with a fairing and I ended up having to remove it entirely and go a different way
