Why am I getting an error message for B9PartSwitch ?

Why do I get a popup during the loading process that reads... "B9PartSwitch - Serious Warning" and below it says "More than one module can't manage a part's crashTolerance" and "Please see KSP's log for additional details" this just started happening yesterday when I tried to load a game. Is anyone else having the same issue?

Did you update any mods recently?

Thank You for the advice. I will post it there but No I didn't update anything. I litterally went to bed and the next day I started steam and It updated like always and then My game gave me that warning and none of My saved craft were in the list anymore!
