The Sky is Black

Scatterer is making the sky black during the day. It was fixed by removing it, but I still want the mod. I've seen other people having the same issue but no one gave them a solution.

I don't know because I don't use Scatterer but it's likely one of:

Version incompatibility.

Mod incompatibility.

Start by trying Scatterer all by itself with NO OTHER MODS at all. If it still happens, Scatterer doesn't work. If you're fine, it's a mod incompatibility. Load your other mods about half at a time until Scatterer stops working and you'll know what set of mods contains the incompatible mod. Repeat the process with just those mods until you have found the one mod that causes Scatterer to fail.

Then decide which of the two mods you prefer

And also report the problem both to Scatterer and the mod, maybe they'll be able to fix it or tell you how.
