Totally Automated Auto Self-Destruct

Has anyone tried modifying a Self-Destruct mod to set it off when the rocket gets outside of set parameters (like angle-of-attack)?

In real launches, is there always someone on the "button"?

OK.  Just for a bit of follow up.  You had better remember you have the panic box turned on and have it configured the way you want it.  I'm playing a no save/revert game.  Decided to take manual control of my large expensive rocket in the coast phase while still in the atmosphere and KA-POW!!!  It exploded, just like I had programmed it to do.
