Contract equipment question

Hi buddies! Anybody can give me a clue on which devices should I use to do this contract? 

I've performed a scan with the SCAN sensor multispectral below 30.000 Km orbiting Minmus... but it didn't work, so I'm a bit lost. If you can tell me how to perform both the Recon Scan data and the Multi Spectral Analysis will be very much appreciated!!

I just found out... One was the Multi Spectral imaging platform and the other one  the Recon Scan D700  that I didn't unlocked yet (once I found it and unlocked I had no problem to fulfill the contract). Thanks for asking!!
