eva : rcs start with no fuel

every time i go in eva view with a kerbal i have no fuel to use rcs

Never heard about  anyone having this issue, that's really odd.

I'm sure that must be an annoying problem. As a workaround, consider using the Hyperedit mod. That will let you cheat fuel refills as long as the problem is missing fuel and not a completely missing EVA fuel tank.

In other words, if your Kerbal shows 0.0 of 5.0 maximum fuel on the fuel meter, Hyperedit is likely to work, but it won't work if there's no fuel meter.
