Listing Used Mods in a Craft

Hey guys, hope everyone's doing great today! 

I have several KSP crafts I'd like to find out what mods I've used to create them. The objective behind this is to list all necessary mods needed to be able to open said crafts in KSP.

Are there any mods or apps that provide this? Or is there any way to extract this information from save files and/or logs?

If I’m not mistaken KerbalX (the craft upload page) auto-generates a list of mods needed to open that craft file.
