Best planet packs that add more stars for 1.8.1

There are probably several planet packs that add stars and other solar systems.  Unfortunately I only have first hand experience with one:  Grannus Expansion Pack.

GEP is made to drop into stock KSP, as well as some other planet packs.  It turns the single star system into a binary system with a red dwarf companion, named Grannus, which is orbited by several planets and moons.

I'm sure there are people who can give you other suggestions.  I'm just not familiar enough with other planet packs to recommend anything.

Extrasolar is a great one for an easier target, real exoplanets (in Kerbal scale of course) is a somewhat harder pack, and galaxies unbound is an excellent pack which includes several high quality systems, and also includes fusion engines to make going to other system easier, I strongly suggest you to get that. (although you might want to wait for the next version that adds a lot more systems)
