All Parachutes Not Working!

Every time I try to add a parachute to a spacecraft I have no option to deploy it or set altitude parameters, I only have the ability to change the name tag . The deploy and altitude parameter functions have always worked in the past but suddenly this seems to happen. In the recent time I have installed a few mods such as kOS, Procedural Parts and Module Manager, but because of this error I am now forced to do propulsive landings.  I just wanted to know if anyone else has/had this problem or if I'm doing something wrong. Reproduction Steps:

Build any rocket 

Place either MK-25, MK-16, or MK2 parachutes on rocket 

Launch

When time to deploy comes, no deploy button after right clicking on parachute

Since you have a steam install, let's try this first, go into the library, right click the KSP entry, and under Properties you will find "Verify Local Files" somewhere.  Run that, make sure your stock install is good.

Then, luckily, you don't have a lot of mods, so you can step through those and see if the problem has been resolved.  Just because I am not familiar with these mods, I'd start by removing SpaceX, Launchers, and Warp.  See if the problem has been resolved.   If not, remove a few more till you find it works, and then add them back in till it does.

I deleted some of the mods and re added them. The launchers pack seemed to be the one with the problem and now everything works as its supposed to! Thank you!
