I didn’t know if there were any mods that I could use to build ships on other planets/moons via resources. Does anyone know of such mod?

Sure thing. 

My main save file was corrupted. I decided to start a new one. I wanted to take a different approach to it, and my main goal is to establish a base on every planet/moon in the kerbol system. I wanted to avoid creating behemoths of rockets by having the option of building rockets on site.
