Adjusting part size

For the life of me I can not figure out how to adjust part sizes on Xbox 1. My main problem is I don’t know how to adjust wing length or make them wider. If someone could please tell me how to do this you would be helping me out immensely.

You need a mod called tweakscale for that, There's also procedural parts for completely custom sizes in fuel tanks, fairings and i think maybe even engines but i haven't found that only discussions on it

Which will be difficult to do, since mods aren't available for the console versions.

KSP is not made from procedural parts.  You can't adjust their sizes.   You have to get creative in your designs.   The wings come in a variety of shapes and sizes that you assemble lego style to form bigger wings.
