For some reason when the ocean is in frame on Narath i get very low frames and i have no idea how to fix that. This is the second planet i visit and its also buggy. Also the planet looks weird when going between scaledspace and close in model. I get the impression this modpack isnt well made. Also the science messages dont see that i turned on habbitable mode on Narath. Are there even different ones at all?

Will the new version of this mod be alot more stable than the old one? Will the bugs still be bad or will It actually be plausible to set up bases and do missions to these new destinations?

Look at KSS2 for a reference of stability and quality.

No problem. If everything goes as planned, the first system should be released by the end of the month or early September. It depends on how much time I can allocate to it.

Will GU be compatible with Parallax and Scatters for OPM? Since I noticed KSS2 is not. And will it be compatible with the spiral galaxy mode?

Currently looking into mods to match what KSP2 promised.

Having experimented with Colony Parts, I'm starting to look into Interstellar options. I think when this releases, it'll be my first 'extrasolar system'.

The other option is KSS2, also by @StarCrusher96. Can I assume the two are compatible to run in the same game? Also, what Interstellar Engines Mod would fans recommend as the most 'user friendly'? Preferably one compatible with Mechjeb2.

I've been looking into that too and I think for interstellar engines far future technologies is the best option and if your into it blue shift provides ftl travel in a very nifty way

so I'm aware that Kcalbeloh is possibly a "galactic themed mod" and would therefore be unsupported, but I'm wondering if anyone else has tried running both this and Kcalbeloh? I have been trying to and I know the mod is installed correctly (in terms of actually running in some capacity) because Kerbol looks far prettier, but I'm not getting any of the systems anywhere. am I missing something, and these systems DON'T show up in the map view like I thought they did, or are these mods just flat-out incompatible as I fear they might be?

 

I should also note that I'm using the spacedock reupload as of current, in case that's the issue. and I am aware that I need to contact the reuploader over this, but I'm thinking it's just an issue with how I installed it, or something relating to Kcalbeloh that I can get advice on here.

 

edit: methinks maybe the issue is actually a combination of me being stupid, running a version of the game the current upload of GU does not support, and possibly other things. please ignore this.
