@nothanks There are probably thousands of mods that add various engines to the game. You'll have to get a bit more specific.

You need a 3D modelling software like blender (or Wings 3d, mentioned in that tutorial I linked above) to make the models, but you also need Unity to get your part into the game. The process of getting your part into the game once you've modelled it are well-explained in that tutorial.
