Mod manager?

So KSP, being easily what I consider the best game ever made, is one I come back to frequently.

So I am coming back to play again after 2+ years since I last played. I first picked up the game 0.18 and it has always been able to snag me back. Anyhow... Seeing as I tend to play with a bunch of mods, I was curious if there any mod managers for the game now days. And if there are multiple, which is the best? Thanks for any help you can give to point me in the right direction! :)

There is CKAN:

But it supports not all mods, only if the modder use it. So some mods must be installed manually.

Thanks for the reply! :)

I could just install everything manually like usual. Just figured I would check and see if there were any mod managers now to make it easier.

Will give CKAN a try!

Just adding some alterantives. These may/may not work currently, tho... But mebbe bringing them back to the light of day, may inspre someone to adopt them, or use the basic premise to come up with something new... vOv

For Mac users:

And the very well done KSP ModAdmin, which semi-worked. IIRC, in KSP 1.6.1. I used it extensively way bac then...
Its main issue was that Curseforge changed their API/URL structure, and KSP ModAdmin never got a fix for it... but it still worked for SpaceDock, Github, and forum-only mods... vOv

There was another. that had an ingame UI, that had radial buttons, and you could manage your mods by turning them on/off by selecting the radial buttons, but I cant remember what it was called... :(
