I open command prompt and see this: Exception: ReflectionTypeLoadException: Exception:  of type 'System.Reflection.ReflectionTypeLoadException' was throw

How to fix it?

OK, yes.   And?   There's more info requested in the sticky than just the fact you are playing KSP.

If you are having trouble figuring out how to post logs and give the system specs, since I assume you are playing an unmodded game, you might start with verifying your files with steam if that's where you bought the game.

System.Reflection is a resource used when writing some c# programs. I don't think it's used by the stock game (would need to check) but it is used by some mods. Basically it's throwing an exception which means it's trying to do something and sending a message to say where it went wrong.

As Gargamel said, verify files through steam if the stock files may have changed. Also check any mods are compatible with the version you're playing should you be using those. 

If both of those fail, remove all mods to a desktop folder then add half in at a time and load to find the culprit.
