someone... why on my rocket on ps4 does it flip.?

No picture, no video? There's a variety of forces working against you on take off, so here's a variety of solutions:

1. Add fins to the bottom of the rocket. These will help it fly in a straight line, like an arrow.
2. Add an aerodynamic nose cone to the top of the rocket. Or use a fairing to cover the top of your rocket, which may have many drag-inducing parts.
3. Move weight toward the top of the rocket, if your design allows it. Even adjusting fuel priority so that lower fuel tanks drain before upper tanks may be a good idea.
4. Ensure that your center of thrust aligns with your center of mass.
5. If you're having any wobbling issues, use struts or autostruts to stabilize.

It's easy to make the mistake of designing a rocket where the top is both very lightweight and very draggy, which is the exact opposite of what you want for take off.

hey. not helping man. ive done all of that stuff. also my planes they always flip either if it is an addon onto a stock plane or it is a scratch plane and also, i think its my controler

 

 

also, for no1 it will wobble if there is none on the 2nd stage

99.99% of all flippy rockets are caused by Heavy bottom / draggy up top rockets, which @InfernoSDshowed how to remedy.  

Without pictures, or at least a craft file or description of all the parts used, we cannot diagnose the rocket, and therefore rule out design errors, before we move onto other more obscure issues.

It may be that the second stage fins are causing the top of the rocket to try to flip if the vehicle gets too far off prograde. If the second stage cannot fly straight without fins you may be ditching the first stage too low in the atmosphere. A rebalance  of the vehicles delta-v may be called for so that staging occurs higher up (say above 25km).
