Where did you get the install from?

You can authorize it by trying to launch it then going to the System Preferences-> Security & Privacy -> General.  You should see the app listed.  Click on the lock thingy and allow it.

However:  This check is there for a reason.  If you downloaded the game from a non-authorized source there's a chance it's been tampered with.  You shouldn't be getting this error.  It's also possible you need to update your MacOS version since it needs to have a list of fairly current 'certificates' for software developers.

I have got the kerbel sapece program, MAC OS version.

System is not allowing me to run the program and saying that it is not authorized developer. Would you help me on that?

Check the origin of the tarball. You are absolutely sure the binaries weren't tampered? As an practical example, I backup my clean installations using 7zip, and it happens it don't preserve the UNIX file attributes, so the startup binary is packed without the X attribute, and so when unpacking the thingy I'm unable to run the KSP.app until I chmod +x <root>/KSP.app/Contents/MacOS/KSP .

So there's a chance that your package is tempered somehow.

If you absolutely trust the source of the  package, you may had run on the same problem this guy below had, and the solution should be the same on the bottom of the page.
