did you use fairing for it or is there anything blocking the hatch?

its looks like you use mod. what mod did you use?

so, in the pic i see the "transfer crew" option, as expected. can't see the problem there.

did you check that there is room for extra crew? did you try reloading the game?

Ohh, yeah I put a fairing on it so it would be circular. Also I'm using tundra for starship. 

I tried to clip my camera in there to see if I could still click on one, but it didn't work.

oh, so thats why! kerbals cant get out of their cockpit or capsule while there is a fairing

if i eva them, they can get in, but cant get out, i have flags that look like windows and it doesnt seem like i can take them off, so.

if you can, revert flight. if you can't, deploy the fairing.

It maybe becase you are using mods. Sometimes mods can mess with he game a bit nd casue some issues.  Please ask the mod devloper for questions on fixing this.
