Technically the 7 is missing a permanently docked TKS.

Salyut-9 DOS-7 12.07.2000 Developed as a base unit for the Mir-2 orbital station . After the termination of work on the Russian orbital station, it was launched into orbit as a life support module " Zvezda " and became part of the Russian segment of the ISS .

I.e. technically, ISS is Salyut-9

I only included those that where of the Salyut program, Mir and ISS and the unmanned stations I didn't include, except Salyuz 2 since it was expecting crew but Soyuz didn't launch in time

As you can see, the wiki article is named "Salyut program"

(Definitely including Mir, nee Salyut-8).
