KSP error code #autoLOC_

So _and then there wil be numbers so im having a problem a big problem i uninstald all my mods and think deleted everythink on my ksp gamedata so now im wondering bc i instald some of them i mean nothink no longer works for example error code everywhere the text has gone like where it sayssettings instead of that it says #autoLoc_...... difrent numbers everytime you joinand when i join in the error code is in the middle of my screen and wont let me remove it and all the stuff is gone all the parts you start with when youv bought the game so i rlly need help and yes im playing on sandbox so i should have all the stuff but i dont

Delete everything and reinstall.

Don't delete everything in GameData.  That's where the game stores data.

Sounds like a badly corrupted game. If you got KSP through Steam, uninstall, reinstall and then right click KSP > Properties > disable cloud saving and then verify the local files, then never add mods to the Steam copy of KSP- copy KSP out of Steam’s folders and then put your mods in the copy.
