Just use PVG, save yourself a lot of trouble. When using hydrolox it’s usually a good idea to put a single MLI layer on the tank, even for a single orbit of Earth the reduced boiloff should compensate for the increased mass (and reduced delta-V as a result) without needing to add extra fuel.

Engine failures give a big data unit bonus on the engine that failed, but the TestFlight UI shows each engine individually and they aren’t affected by others- the failure will improve reliability for later engines, but not those already built and in flight.

Turn the antenna off and run the science, then transmit it all at once. The antenna is the most power-hungry part on that probe by a considerable margin so use that sparingly and use the two year(!) orbit to transmit slowly.

And the entire re-entry for that Gemini pod was missing as well, it cut straight from “about to do deorbit burn” to “and we’re back at the space centre after recovering”.

Saw that avionics problem a lot earlier in the episode. If you had seen it before staging, you could have pumped the fuel from the top part into the bottom part and maintained control of the whole thing, with enough fuel to try a Phobos orbit and possibly a landing using RCS if necessary.
