Stamp o Tron not working

The stamp o tron levitates after reloading the save. It only seems to happen on the munn however. Any fixes?

What if you undocked that little chunk under the center bottom?

Have you tired it on. for example, Minmus?

There are a lot of ways that numerical errors in the code can add up to create fictional forces ("Kraken drive"). Maybe these forces would be levitating it on Kerbin too, except Kerbin's gravity is higher so that overwhelms the levitation.
