Click on your username in upper right, select "profile", then click on little "mountain with sunshine" pic on upper left of your profile

You will need 5 approved posts outside of The Lounge/Forum Games.  You're up to 3 now.  Once you have 5 approved posts, you will be able to post without approval, as well as change your profile picture, your signature, message other members, etc.
