Increase max mass

How could I increase the max mass allowed on a rocket?
On begin I can build a rocket with max 18T.
I would like to increase it to build biggest rockets.

If you're playing a campaign save, which it sounds like you are, you will need to spend money to upgrade the VAB and launch pad to get bigger rockets flying.

I found this same answer on forum, but I don't realize how to do it.
Could you explain me better? I mean, what is the build I need click to make this upgrade?

Upgrade the Launchpad to increase max mass

Upgrade the VAB to increase the part count.

You will need to right-click on the building to open the upgrade menu, before you go in the building. Then hover over the upgrade button to see what it changes.
