Unfortunately, laws have passed recently that restrict organizations like the KSC from having ground-to-air defenses. And about the Portal 2 situation, I can't help you with that. The famed Jebediah Kerman has broken MANY federal laws about Universe Hopping. We Believe he is Deserving of the Highest punishment available. Therefore we Have Gave the Assassin's many Fighter Jets from the illegal Military UAP reverse engineering program. We believe the CCC is currently avoiding there main job of preventing chaos by ignoring and even supporting the most chaotic entity in the known universe. the entity's name is jebediah kerman he only causes trouble beyond comprehension by his illegal activitys. Jebediah Kerman did universe hopping to try and escape the assassins. This was done for self-protection, not to cause chaos. Also, Jeb and his friends became allies to CCC and pledged to clean up the chaos they inadvertently caused. The CCC-DA was the actually the first to go rogue by joining the Assassins (who were really the ones at the root of the chaos) and giving them CCC military hardware. That is our reason why the CCC-DC is going to war with the CCC-DA. *** Two squadrons of F-35s are headed for the Dessert Airfield, completely invisible to their radars. We also promised not to let Jeb work in the emergency task (but let him to have a rest )and send other Kerbals to it instead.
