CPU and GPU overlay need to remove

Can anyone help me with what/where this overylay is.  I don't remember what setting adding a MOD or setting change for this as i hadn't played for a few months.  I have uninstalled and deleted folders numerous times but it continue to shows.  How do i remove??   Sorry can't figure out how to upload an image.... ugh    In the upper left corner i have an overlay as soon as the program starts with CPU and GPU status

The alt-f12 cheat menu has a graph like that, but it can be closed by clicking or pressing alt-f12 again. I assume that's not the problem, though. What mods do you have installed?

First thank you for image help!  derp derp.  Checked a-f12 but didn't see anything.  Thinking it has to be something system side as I did another install this time to completely new folder path and still shows as soon as the program starts loading.  But is the only game/program i has that shows these icons and overlay.  shouldn't have any mods carrying over on new install so has to be coming elsewhere i'm thinking.

Windows 10 has an fps overlay but it doesn't look like that (at least not on my PC). Check your video drivers and gaming software for that feature.
