How I can get long thin struts like this?

I've been watching Nessus' video (timestamped), and I've really liked these long thin struts and attaching RCS thrusters on them. I've tried the mods on description but none of them seems to have it. Do you know a mod has something like this?

Bluedog Design Bureau (BDB) has some RCS arms like that. The ones I'm thinking of fold for launch then get extended in orbit.

Place RCS thrusters block directly on probe body, use offset tool to move them to desired position and connect with struts as usual. They are not necessary, but looks much better, than thruster block floating in the open air.
