Throttle Not working at all

So im using Ckan to install mods and when i got in game i couldn't change my throttle at all with Z, X, Shift, or Ctrl.

I need help please

First, I will point you to this thread:

Then I'll ask you to provide a list of mods and the player log file.  And then I will ask the really obvious question:  do you have an engine on the craft?

Several things might cause your issue:

1) Mod installation problems. Another poster already covered that.

2) Timewarp. If you started timewarp, even a modest 5x, throttle keys don't work during timewarp.

3) Input locks. KSP sporadically decides that a key is stuck. It's a common enough bug that the alt-f12 debug window had a button to clear input locks. It would be unusual for all the throttle keys to be locked at the same time.

4) Dumb mistakes: make sure you have a functioning rocker with probe/pilot, engine, electricity, etc.
