What mod lets you Demolish Parts?

What mod lets you decontruct parts of an inflight vehical throught interacting with it? Like with the UI you'd use to move science around.

It might be USI and/or MKS which can recycle existing parts into usable resources to make new ones; alternatively use the explosives in KAS to destroy parts completely.
