MK1 planes not flying well

Hi! My MK1 planes don't fly really well. They always take off, then start spinning in all directions. No idea why. My MK2 planes are fine. MK3 planes are fine until I try to turn them, then they have the same problem as the MK1s. Anybody know why? Any help appreciated. Thanks!

And then I'll ask that you please read that and then come back here and provide more detail on your issue.  Just stating that the MK1 doesn't fly doesn't help us to help you.  We need more information!

Yes, there is a progression to better parts. It gives one incentive to move up the tech tree.

If you can share a picture of your craft we might be able to give you some suggestions, though.

A couple of tips-

1. Make sure the CoL is inside the CoM, just behind the center of the yellow ball.

2. Make sure your landing gear is just behind the CoM, and that the gear are flat with the ground

3. isolate movement to each control surface (eg. elevons on the main wing control roll, elevons on the tail fin control yaw, and the elevons on the elevators control pitch)

4. Make sure the center of thrust is in line with the CoM

5. include a picture so we of the forums can help you more
