Broken atmosphere aside, is this how Laythe is supposed to appear in-game? The land is just as shiny as the water. It's a bug anyway. The atmosphere clearly isn't supposed to look like that (on any setting I might add), and either way, you're still touring an unfinished building that's not ready for public use yet.
