Destroy Vessel has no confirmation and UI lags when opening

To clarify, the UI lagging is for opening the part manager and other extra windows. UI's should interface with the backend and simple features like displaying them or hiding them should have no fps impact at all (feat. Industry Game Dev for 5.5 years doing fullstack development).

Destroy vessel should 100% have a confirmation of some sort. It's way too easy to accidently click destroy vessel when trying to switch focus in the map or look at something in the tracking center (granted destroying things from the tracking center doesn't work).
