Not seeing the planets move when under full time warp in Tracking Station - anyone else?

Was going to attempt a Duna intercept - but I can't get the planetary alignment if the planets don't move during warp.

Is this a known issue?

 

(Fully cognizant I could just be doing something wrong...)

I had this happen with a craft I was trying to dock with. In my case saving and reloading fixed the issue. But you may be experiencing a different bug.

It's been persistent across saves and even a shut down-reload.

Time to create a new 'Campaign' and see if that helps.

Probably a really stupid question, but are you able to warp beyond 3x in the tracking station?  I've noticed at times that I can time warp really fast, but as soon as I stop the game then limits me to 3x until I back out of the tracking station and go back in.  Not saying this is your problem, but it's one I have and I'm sharing that tidbit with you in case it's helpful.
