Rocket not working properly?

Hi, i'm having what you might consider a "noob" problem, but, when I make a spaceship that makes it into orbit, it begins to slowly fall out of it, then when I relaunch, the whole rocket falls apart. Any help?

I'll try WechyPichu, first off, to get into a stable orbit you need to get above the atmosphere, Kerbins air ends at 69,100 meters, so your Periapsis needs to be higher than that.

Not sure why your rocket falls apart when relaunching, are you hitting Space before everything loads and the pink stage light turns green? That might cause problems in some cases as the physics engine wont have finished loading properly yet.

Are you using the "restart flight" button? Apparently, it doesn't always reset everything just perfectly, and it's advisable to go back to the VAB before taking off again, even if you don't make any changes to the ship.
