Stage Stage Right Click on top Poodle to reopen Parts Manager information. Increase Throttle to full. Parts Manager Collapses its information. SAS turns off after staging. Throttle Drops to zero. Parachute doesn't deploy. Poodle's parts manager Activate/Deactivate inverts. So Activate Deactivates and Deactivates Activates. Additional Information: This doesn't test for if the root part was even down further on the rocket.
