As the title says,

Land on the Mun Arch

No return trip necessary. Easy orbits are fine. Infinite fuel? I can't see all of your settings, who cares! It's not that easy of a challenge, even using assistance. You have to travel to the spot, land near, or immediately on it, and it takes at least a little finess. Super fun.

I'll upload "IronOscar" and an attached "Thread-R" AKA "Flex-R" launch vehicle. It should allow you to reach the surface if you use Lazy Orbits. It's a bit of a trick to turn a "OneOscar" into a subassembly without the Assembly becoming a part of the Vessel. "Thread-R" is essentially a plane built off of the "OneOscar", using the "OneOscar" as a tail.
