vessel gets stuck under vab and cannot be moved

Whenever i open a save a part of my vessel usually gets stuck under the v.a.b. I can't delete it or anything, it just stays there. I would love to see this bug gone because i have to buld a new vessel everytime this happens.

well then im of not much use, but the bug seems to be looked at as Nate said in the last Dev Update!

What kind of vessel do you have? I found that when I do tricky symmetry i.e symmetry on top of  different symmetry it seems to happen a lot.
