Construction Plane Wings Invert on Copy-Paste

Description:  Make a plane using an Oscar-B tank, copy and paste. Wings flip.

alt-copying a segment of a vessel with wings seems to change the symetry from mirror mode to 2xRadial, as can be seen in screenshot. Craft file included includes both the original and copied versions of the assembly.

OK for whatever reason when I booted up the game today the craft this was happening to is fixed. It still loads in a little weird but after the wings load in proper it's the right way up.

I don't know if this is related or something different, but I've noticed that when you adjust the position or size of a wing or stabilizer, the left side will always invert. In most cases, it will return to normal once you complete the move or save the changes.
