Default to KSC when loading game

Having played this a while, i am not a fan of the game automatically loading to the last autosave or even last saved game.  There does not seem to be any option to just go to the VAB as there was in KSP1.  In my current case, I am stuck with a bunch of in-flight autosaves, and the game will not even allow me to rever the flight. All I can do is crash the vehicle to get it to reset.

 

I think I prefer the way saves were handled in KSP1.

Once there's multiple KSC's of sort, how do you propose the game should handle those? Load to last situation is the best thing we have, no need for additional loading screens from KSC to tracking station to spacecraft.

You can always just switch to KSC and save there.

I actually like it. I can stop playing while in a mission and when I continue it will continue from where I left it
