Add raster lines to capture mode

@Periple It allows you to make screenshots that are good from a technical perspective. If you you only care about screenshots then it's not important, but if you want symmetry, correct alignments, perfectly centred objects, etc., this becomes a necessity.
I especially like what @Spicat mentioned. The guidelines are helpful, but a complete photo mode would be amazing.

I still don't understand, how do the lines make it possible to get screenshots that are good from a technical perspective? What even is correct alignment? Is this like the so-called "rule of thirds" in photography?

Extreme example:

Obviously, the second photo has a better alignment, but it's still not perfect. Those camera lines can help in such a case. But there are many more uses that guidelines can help to make photos of higher quality.

The time of the day feature might be a bit complex in ksp but I would take some filters/effects or depth of field anytime.

Amazing would be a way to replay craft flights and film cinematics out of them
