Tutorial for part making?

Ok. I don't know if this is in the right subforum. anyway, so I'm a semi-new KSP modder and I've learned the basics of planet modding but now I need a way to get there. though there has been quite a lot of warp drives out there, Im looking for something with a little more "kick" I mean 250k - 30m (a light year a second) times the speed of light, and I've been thinking of making it my self. In short I've made the stars, now I need to make the tech to get to them.

I can relate to this statement, though, I have not made a planet mod. I did say something like "You [the planet modder] have brought the sea [of stars]. I shall bring the [parts for] cruise ship."

I can't help you with Blender (what most people use to make parts) but I (and others) can give you a fair share of advice as you get going. Make your way to @AtomicTech's Discord server, KSP (1) Modding Society. Link is very tiny in his signature.

There might be a price to pay if you get too liberal with warp speed. But we'll see when you get there.
