Any mods/patches that remove the "cannot deploy while stowed" type restrictions?

I had a relay probe (with all the gizmos and gadgets packed in a cylindrical Universal Storage payload bay because it was the only way to make it aerodynamic without fairings which I hadn't unlocked yet), and it had one of those little stock antennas with the little dishes on the long boom that unfold, and even though the payload bay was open, the antenna was still reporting that it could not deploy while stowed.

In addition, I've got a shuttle that extends some RCS blocks out of a Universal Storage bay, and oftentimes they don't activate when they should otherwise be able to activate (I have electricity, control, monopropellant, and they are moved outside of the bay's range physically by robotics parts). I believe this is because the RCS blocks think they're still in the bays.

Is there any way to remove this restriction from the game? I don't see why it's a thing since most people would open the bays before deploying things anyways, and I would always do that because I don't want my spacecraft to look bad, but I haven't yet found a mod or patch that does that.

I am pretty sure there's an advanced tweakable in the stock game that lets things deploy while stowed.

I checked that, and it doesn't apply for some things.

Although, a workaround that usually works is quicksaving and quickloading, so this isn't a super urgent request or anything (although quicksaving and quickloading is banned in KRASH simulations, which complicates some stuff for me since I use KRASH to test things in career mode installs)
