FX & Audio Moving the camera around with RMB still causes the UI elements to blip and bloop and click when hovered over

Reported Version: v0.2.1 (latest) | Mods: none | Can replicate without mods? Yes 
OS: win10 | CPU: i710700k | GPU: rtx2060 | RAM: 32gb

 

Moving the camera around with RMB still causes the UI elements to blip and bloop and click. Should be inactive when I have no intention of clicking (because I'm busy moving the camera at the moment).
