Environmental & Terrain Atmosphere flashes/go all different colours while I pan around at night on the KSC screen

Reported Version: v0.2.1 (latest) | Mods: none | Can replicate without mods? Yes 

 

So I just booted up KSP2 and when I got to the homescreen when I panned around it started to change sunrise colours, the KSC was in the middle of the night.
